Reading Buddies

Today was an exciting day!! We've partnered up with Mrs. Sparkman's Class so that we can have a reading buddy! I told explained to our class that they are "top dog" at Concrete and are role models to the younger students. This is their chance to set a good example, meet a new friend, and READ!! We will meet every Thursday after lunch. Half the class will go to Mrs. Sparkman's room and the other half will come back to our room. They were so fun to watch... And they were THRILLED to show off what they could do! They also enjoyed listening to Mrs. Sparkman's wonderful readers. We can't wait to meet again next week!
