We finished our unit on Native Americans this week. The last group we talked about was the Eastern Woodlands. In this culture, dream catchers were used to "catch" the bad dreams. Grandparents made the dream catchers for their grandchildren when they were born.
We made our dream catchers out of pipe cleaners, beads, feathers, and yarn. I hope the dream catchers we made will capture all those bad dreams and help us sleep better!
